The dialogue is all French, so here is a quick synopsis: A retired secret agent, Jacques, is rehired to investigate a new miracle cure for the common cold, devised by the madman Marcel Bastard. When Jacques finds that the cure also has the potential to kill those who take it, he must do whatever is necessary to halt production.
